Making Money Moves- Life as a SOLO Realtor

It’s September already? Wow, has this year flown by! In the midst of a busy year with Real Estate and life, my fiancé and I are also planning a wedding and coming down to the 4 month wire. Between the flowers, food, drinks, music, venue, dress, tux, trips, and minor details I now understand what people go through when planning a wedding and I have the utmost respect for you. It truly is a full-time job on top of my actual full-time job. Not to worry though, I am still here slangin’ houses just like ever before. Scroll down a little further for the fun news of the day!

The breaking news of the day is… drum roll please…. I am now an individual agent brokered by EXP Realty, LLC. It’s been about one month since I decided to go off as an individual agent and the transition has been relatively smooth and much needed. For my current and future clients what does this mean for you? Not a whole lot! My professionalism throughout your Real Estate journey will remain the exact same and all of the resources I had prior I still have today! I love and have so much respect and appreciation for the team I left and without them I would not be typing this mediocre blog post for you to read right now. As the saying goes, all great things must come to an end in order for new beginnings to transpire. Transpire they will, and my love for Real Estate will continue on by helping you on your Real Estate journey.

Leaving you today with a fun and quirky Real Estate fact because would it be me without one? And since we are gearing up for spooky season I’ll leave you with this… Did you know 1 in 10 Americans sell their homes due to paranormal activity? Crazy right?!
